There were those fun filled adventures on the ferry trips across the mersey to New Brighton; and the dances at the Rialto to Hal Graham's Band and the Tea Dances at Reeces, Riding the tram fro Tuppence down to the Liver Building. Celebrating the end of the war with a gaint bon fire at the "Mystery" My four brothers and sister all came home safely from the service and the parties we gave them at home were so noisy we expect a squad of "coppers" to come knocking at our door!
